Since Anon asked, guess I’ll make one! First you need to download these two programs! They are both tested VIRUS FREE After you download them, first, find the video you want from Youtube!(or if you have the video you want skip this step) Go to Keepvid and download your video. Download your video, and while you’re waiting, open up Photoscape! Here’s the Animated GIF interface (Open up GOM Player too!) After you open GOM, click the icon next to the open icon aka the control panel Click Advanced Capture It will show some settings Click “Change Directory” IMPORTANT!: Make a new folder! If you don’t, there are many frames in a gif, and it sometimes gets messy and confusing if you are making multiple gifs, or it’s just me. My video is done dowloading. Click the play button in GOM and open up your downloaded video (For Chrome users it’s in Download files but I moved mine XD) Keep the capturing frame opeeeeen. Seek to the part you want to gif. Click CAPTURE like a madman/woman until the frames you want/whatever part you want to gif is over. Go to wherever your frames are stored, and select them all. (my gif is 13 frames) And drag them into your Animated Gif interface that you’ve opened This part is mainly gon be words Click the Play button (Triangle facing RIGHT) and if it looks too choppy or to fast click the “CHANGE TIME” button (My gifs are usually in the .10-.20 sec range) If it’s at the right speed, and you like it. Click SAVE! Rename and you’re done! If it’s over 500KB and you’re using it for tumblr, lower the quality( D: ), delete some frames, or RESIZE and try to save again Here’s my finished product
